Legal and regulatory codes for protection of individual privacy, as well as Johns Hopkins privacy policy, limit access to individually identifiable information in collections held by the Chesney Archives. See Privacy Policies for more information about these codes. Researchers may apply for access to collections that include protected information. Applications are reviewed and adjudicated in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory codes and Johns Hopkins policy.
