Biography

Louisa Kolb was a member of the Johns Hopkins Training School for Nurses graduating class of 1911. From 1911 to 1919, she served as a head nurse on various wards at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She then served as Third Assistant Superintendent and Supervisor of the Public Wards until her appointment as nurse in charge of the Brady Urological Clinic in 1920. She retired in 1945.

Scope and Content

The Louisa Kolb Collection consists of three student notebooks and her nursing cape.
