Martha Everett Peterson

Peterson was born in Baltimore, the daughter of Houston S. Everett, a Johns Hopkins gynecologist. She graduated from St. Catherine’s School in Richmond, Virginia, and attended the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Peterson did portraits in pastels and oil. Her work is included in the collections of The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Maryland Casualty Co.
