Mandated functions of the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions – education, research, and healthcare delivery
Governance and administration of the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions
Lives of faculty, staff, and alumni of the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions
Cultural properties of the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions

Our major objectives are to:

Collect and preserve records and cultural materials critical to the legacy and ongoing operations of the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions
Promote access to collections for use as primary resources in research and education
