Image Ordering Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions for Ordering Still Images

1. Search the Medical Archives catalog for images. Make a note of the image's title and number.

2. Fill out the MedArchives OnCall online form with as much detail as possible to request a copy of the image.

• Use the image's title and number in the description of the request.
• Make a note of the medium in which the content will be used (book, video, website, etc.)


3. A reference archivist will process the request and contact you within 2 days. An email with the paper Licensing/Permissions application form will be sent to you.


4. Once the paperwork and payment for the image are recieved, a copy of the image will be sent to you.

Fees may apply for reproduction, licensing, and permission of the images.
